INGREDIENTS<br /><br />-Udon noodle<br /><br />-6 Tbsp Peanut butter<br /><br />-2 Tbsp Soy sauce<br /><br />-1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar<br /><br />-Chili oil<br /><br />-Sesame oil <br /><br />-Ginger<br /><br />-Garlic<br /><br />-Fresh Chili (Can sub dried chili flake) <br /><br />-Scallion<br /><br />METHOD<br /><br />-Finely grate ginger and garlic & thinly slice chilies<br /><br />-Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, oil and garlic, and ginger in a pot<br /><br />-Warm until peanut butter becomes loose and sauce forms (If sauce does not thin, gradually add warm water and stir until sauce becomes loose.) <br /><br />-Garnish with scallion and thinly sliced chilies
